Ingredients (makes a lot of tea)
4 cloves of Garlic
2 large knobs of Ginger
3-4 Lemons
1-2 litres of Water
Raw Honey to taste (Manuka Honey best)
Pinch of Chilli
Method
- Crush & chop ginger and garlic into small pieces, bring to boil for 10 – 15 minutes
- Add juice of lemons
- Add honey & a pinch of chilli powder to taste (optional).
