All medical, personal and financial details are held in the strictest confidence. No release of information will be given without your prior consent, unless we are legally obliged to do so. Better Health Clinics Pty Ltd takes appropriate steps to ensure that all the information we hold is protected from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access, disclosure or modification. Our premise is secure, and access to our computer system is limited by user identifiers and passwords. All our staff are subject to strict obligations of confidentiality.

When you check “I accept” on our website, or sign the Privacy section on our paper forms, we conclude you have read the above and understand that the clinic has a Privacy Policy regarding patient information, and that you consent to the above use of your personal, medical and financial details.
